The Death of Adobe Flash

Back in 2012, Adobe knew that Adobe Flash, Application created by macromedia for Internet Explorer in the mid 90’s was coming to an end, with a five- to 10-year timeframe for its eventual phasing out. Today, the company got specific: Flash will be supported through to the end of 2020, after which the Flash player will cease to be developed and distributed.
After flash’s demise, Adobe might release an Open-Source version of Flash. If you want to help encourage them, head over and sign this online petition.
